Ariadna has focused her practice on advising investment fund managers, investment funds, securities issuers and intermediaries, and companies subject to oversight of the Chilean Financial Market Commission, among others, in matters related to capital markets, financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other corporate issues.
